Horizon Clean Fuels Terminal LLC was established in 2021 by ZEEP Incorporated as a storage and terminaling solution for regional fuels and chemicals, with a focus on the fuels of the future.

As the world transitions to alternative fuels and chemicals, there will be a need for new infrastructure to support the transport and storage of these products on a large scale. Horizon Clean Fuels Terminal sees an opportunity to meet that need in Mobile County by utilizing Mobile’s abundant existing maritime infrastructure and providing intermodal linkage for the region’s rail, waterways, pipelines and nearby industries.
