Bruce Bernard, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bruce is a long term leader and innovator in the energy industry. Bruce was one of the key strategist with Tejas Power, Inc. Utilizing a new business model that Bruce developed, Tejas grew from $1MM to over $450MM. This same business model is a key element of the ZEEP strategy.
In addition, Bruce was also a key strategist with Cheniere Energy Inc. which grew from US $20MM to US $2B. Before that, Bruce was a Lead Consultant for Lodi Gas Storage which grew from $37MM to $250MM during the time that he worked with them.
Bruce’s entrepreneurial spirit lead him to monitor the development of the Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne technology over the years and then form ZEEP to commercialize the technology.

Doug Kelly, Chief Operating Officer
Doug is a results oriented leader with domestic and international experience in the process industries, especially refining and petrochemicals. He has a successful record of motivating and energizing teams to produce superior business results with companies like Invensys Process Systems where he served as Vice President, Global Services and Vice President, North America Sales.
Doug also had a variety of senior leadership roles with Aspen Technology, Inc. Doug has served on the National Petrochemical and Refining Association (NPRA) Board of Directors since 2005 and he also serves on the Board of Directors at the Katy Family YMCA.

Mark Fullerton, Chief Development Officer
Mark has 19 years of experience focused primarily in mid-stream energy, and has held several operations and development management positions including Senior Vice President at Lodi Management, Vice President of Project Development at Falcon Gas Storage, and Vice President of Business Development at Western Hub Properties.
Mark has also served as an Independent Energy Consultant, specializing in project development and monetization.

Jennifer Hance, Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer is a high energy leader and is well respected within the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining ZEEP, she served as Finance Director for Global Energy Development, PLC and assisted taking the company public on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investments Market in 2002.
She also served as the General Manager of Harken del Peru Ltd overseeing the implementation of the company's operations in Peru. Jennifer also was the Financial Analyst for Harken Energy Corporation and was on the audit staff of Ernst & Young, LLP.
She is currently on the Advisory Board to the Business Division of Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and serves as Chairman of the Youth Development Center in Houston.

Grant Scott, President Australia Operations
Grant is a leading expert in environmental and petroleum industries in Australia, United States, Africa and South America. He is a founder of OTEK Australia, a premier environmental consultancy in Australia and throughout Asia.
He is an Australian Lawyer with a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Certified Professional Engineer (Chemical Engineering) and Member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia.
His memberships also include the Institute of Company Directors and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Ron Oligney, Chairman
Ron first became aware of the Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne technology over 10 years ago when it was first being developed by Boeing Corporation. He told his friend Bruce Bernard (now ZEEP CEO) about the development and Bruce began following the progress over the years.
Ron is the co-author of the international best-selling book, “The Color Of Oil”. He has served as Energy Advisor to Clinton and Bush Administrations, as well as advising the State of Texas and several Fortune 500 companies. Ron has served as the Chairman of the Board for Rock Well Petroleum Inc. and as the Co-founder, Director and President of Opal Energy Inc. |

Bryce Tingle, Board of Directors
From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Tingle was a partner of TingleMerrett LLP, a law firm he co-founded focused on securities and corporate finance for growth companies. He has held adjunct teaching positions with the law faculties of the University of Alberta (2000 to 2006) and the University of Calgary (2005 to 2007). He is the author of several academic publications, most recently, Start Up and Growth Companies, A Guide to Legal and Business Practice (Lexis Nexis Butterworths (2005). He is a Member of the Securities Advisory Committee (SAC) of the Alberta Securities Commission and a past Chair of the Business Law (Alberta) subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
Mr. Tingle has a Masters of Law (E-business) from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Masters of Law from Duke University Law School, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta School of Law and was a Philosophy Major as an undergraduate. He was a founding director and past Chairman of Bronco Energy Ltd., and remains on the board of directors of that company. He is also a director of Ryland Energy Inc. |
