ZEEP Energy Center Overview

ZEEP plans to deploy the superior Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (PWR) compact gasification technology, in cooperation with their strategic partners, by building and operating large-scale Energy Centers around the world.

This is accomplished by efficiently converting low-cost, abundant domestic resources into clean energy products.

A ZEEP Energy Center consists of a PWR powered gasification plant and multiple Customer-Partners such as refineries, liquid fuels, chemicals and electric power plants, all in one central location. The beauty of the Energy Center complex as envisioned and orchestrated by ZEEP is that it avoids the pitfalls of any one party having to bear the full cost of the entire complex.

The gasification plant converts low-cost feedstocks such as coal, petcoke, biomass and wastes into high-value, clean fuels such as syngas and hydrogen (H2). This is done while prodcuing near zero emissions and capturing CO2 for enhanced oil recovery and other commercial uses. (More on how gasification works...)

Customer-Partners use fuels from the gasification plant to produce clean energy products like electricity, transportation fuels, chemicals, fertilizers, consumer products and more. In most cases Customer-Partners provide feedstock to the ZEEP gasification plant and pay a fee or "toll" for the clean fuels that ZEEP delivers. (More on what ZEEP can deliver...)
